The rep name shows on the dashboard only and never prints on the customer PDF. The equipment and warranty selections print as a Warranty section below the scope of work and rewrite the warranty clause in the terms, on this quote only.

Terms Manager.
This tool pulls the latest install terms from the shared database every time a PDF is generated. Below is a read only preview of what will print.
Default Exclusions
One per line. These prefill the Exclusions section on every new quote and stay editable per quote.
State License Numbers

Tax Rates by State

One rate per state. On every quote the rentals, materials, refrigerant and equipment line items default to taxable in every state, and in New Mexico every line item defaults to taxable. The taxable boxes stay adjustable per line item on each quote.
